Because everything is crafted by hand, processing times may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed. You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as your purchase is placed, and most items are made and dispatched within 3–7 working days. Custom orders may take longer, and we’ll give you a clear timeframe before you commit.
We ship using trusted UK carriers, offering standard, tracked, and express options at checkout. If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate. We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible to keep things eco‑friendly.
If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it. Non‑custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalised items can only be returned if faulty. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours so we can replace or refund it.

We’ll reply within 1–2 working days with pricing, minimum order information, lead times, and any customisation options available for wholesale orders.
Because everything is handmade, production times may vary depending on order size and season. We’ll always give you a clear timeframe before confirming your order. Payment for your first wholesale order is required prior to dispatch. For all future orders, payment is due within 28 days of delivery. Delivery options, packaging details, and any additional terms will be provided during the enquiry process.
