  • Delivery issues — If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.

  • Eco‑friendly packaging — We use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Bear and Bee items. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.

  • Returns eligibility — Non‑custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom items — Custom or personalised pieces can only be returned if faulty.

  • Refund process — Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

  • Faulty items — If something arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours so we can replace or refund it.
